What is included in the Cottage and what’s not

Costs include all bed-linen and towels. All services are included.
Bed linen for the Sofa bed is charged at an additional £10.00 per stay (If required)
Kitchen Essentials are included free of charge.

Smoking

Moss Cottage operates a non-smoking policy

Dogs

We do allow well behaved dogs in the cottage, a charge for dogs does apply.

We do ask that dogs are not allowed on the carpeted areas of the cottage.

Please use the back gate via Beast Hill for taking your dogs in and out, please do NOT walk dogs through the cottage.

A dog basket is provided in the rear utility room

Children

The Cottage has fairly steep stairs to the upper terrace, these stone steps are not enclosed, so are not suitable for un-supervised small children. (The upper terrace does have a gate and fence to the access of the steps)
